1. About EXOTIC Blank Apparel

EXOTIC Blank Apparel is an online retailer of blank apparel and related clothing products based in California. Products may be sourced and fulfilled through wholesale suppliers and fulfillment partners. EXOTIC remains your seller and point of contact for orders placed on our website.

2. Product information

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, images, colors, sizes, prices and specifications. Actual colors can vary by screen; manufacturers and suppliers can change specifications, packaging, labels, materials, images, colors or availability without notice. We may correct errors or update information at any time.

3. Supplier and fulfillment

Order information necessary for fulfillment may be transmitted to the applicable supplier or service provider. Products can ship directly from a supplier location, arrive in supplier/manufacturer packaging, ship in multiple packages or arrive at different times. Supplier use does not create a separate sales relationship between you and that supplier for your EXOTIC purchase.

4. Pricing and availability

Prices and availability can change because of supplier pricing, manufacturer changes, inventory, promotions, shipping costs or website errors. The price charged is the price shown at checkout unless a material pricing or technical error is discovered. If an item becomes unavailable, we may contact you about an alternative, cancel the unavailable portion or issue the applicable refund.

5. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after payment is successfully processed and the order is accepted for fulfillment. We may refuse or cancel an order because of inventory problems, pricing errors, suspected fraud, unauthorized activity or inability to fulfill the product. Amounts collected for canceled items will be refunded as applicable.

6. Payment and sales tax

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Applicable sales tax is calculated and collected when required by law based on the information available at checkout.

7. Shipping and delivery

Shipping choices and estimates are displayed at checkout when available. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Delays can result from supplier processing, carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, inventory, address errors or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Orders may be split among fulfillment locations.

8. Returns, refunds and claims

Returns and refunds are governed by the EXOTIC Returns & Refunds Policy. Return authorization may be required. Supplier requirements, product condition, decoration/customization and final-sale status can affect eligibility. Do not send merchandise to EXOTIC or directly to a supplier until return instructions are provided.

9. Blank apparel and decoration

Unless a product listing states otherwise, EXOTIC sells blank merchandise and does not decorate it. Customers are responsible for determining whether a garment is suitable for screen printing, embroidery, heat transfer, DTG, dyeing, bleaching or another decoration process. We recommend testing a sample when the result is critical. Damage caused by later decoration or alteration is not the responsibility of EXOTIC except where required by law.

10. Accounts and communications

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and activity. By placing an order, you authorize transactional communications necessary for payment, fulfillment, tracking, delivery, returns and customer service. Marketing messages are subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.

11. Intellectual property and third-party marks

EXOTIC branding, original artwork, graphics, photographs, website design and original written content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Manufacturer, supplier and brand names, trademarks, logos and product images remain the property of their respective owners and are used for product identification and legitimate business purposes.

12. Website use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, interfere with operation, submit fraudulent orders, use another person's payment information without authorization or circumvent security measures.

13. Privacy and third-party services

Use of the website is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Information reasonably necessary to process and fulfill an order may be shared with payment processors, suppliers, fulfillment providers, carriers, hosting/security providers and other service providers.

14. Limitation and events outside our control

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EXOTIC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from website use or purchases. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

15. California law, changes and severability

These terms are governed by California law except where another rule is required by applicable law. We may update these terms by posting a revised version. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the maximum extent permitted by law.
